About ICARDI Az. Agr. S.S.A.
Castiglione Tinella, at the border between Bassa Langa and Monferrato in Cuneo province. Cav. Pierino began producing wine from his grapes in the early 1960s. Now Claudio and Mariagrazia Icardi, his sons, lead the program. The portfolio spans three Barolos, Serra, Fossati, and Parej, alongside Barbaresco Starderi. The house is known for wines of extreme finesse, cleanliness, and elegance, marked by a fruity character. The tasting room, hand-excavated in tufa by Lino Icardi and his son Pierino, anchors guided vineyard and cellar tours with wine tasting. The work earned the CORONA award at Vini buoni d'Italia in September 2019.
