About Greimel

Daniela Greimel, a fruit farming specialist, grows strawberries and apricots on fields and tunnels in Söchau in the Styrian volcanic region. Strawberries are available mid-April through mid-July. Apricots are available from early June through the end of August. Only fully ripe fruit is sold fresh. Fruit that does not meet quality standards is made into jam and nectar. A self-service farm shop in Söchau is open daily from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m.
