Grabenwerkstatt

About Grabenwerkstatt

Grabenwerkstatt began in 2014 when Michael Linke moved to Wachau's Spitzer Graben, joining Franz Hofbauer. Linke arrived with experience from Pyramid Valley Vineyards in New Zealand. Hofbauer, trained as a wine academician in 2005, brought his own foundation to the work. The program practices biodynamic principles and focuses on Grüner Veltliner and Riesling.
