About Domaine De L'Envol
Open Monday to Friday, 8:30 PM to 6:00 PM, and Saturday, 10:00 AM to 5:30 PM, closed Sunday
Domaine De L'Envol spans 20 hectares across two distinct vineyard sectors in Alsace, stretching from Ingersheim to Niedermorschwihr via Katzenthal, and from Pfaffenheim to Westhalten. Positioned at the center of the Alsace wine route near Colmar, at the entrance to the Kaysersberg valley, the domaine practices biodynamic viticulture across its holdings. Bernard, Manuela, Daniel, Raphaël, and Catherine lead the program. The cellar produces Crémant d'Alsace. Vineyard tours and a tasting room are available to visitors.
