Cantina Clavesana began in 1959 as a cooperative, now anchored by 200 member viticulturists across the Langhe. The program is the leading producer of Dolcetto and Dogliani DOCG in the region. Beyond wine, the cellar sells honey, hazelnuts, hazelnut creams, bread, cheeses and cured meats produced by members. Open seven days a week for visits and tastings. Accommodation is available through member-associated structures.
