Bruch has worked the same 4 hectares in Weißenkirchen since 1910, now under Martin Bruch, the fourth generation. Hand-harvested grapes become Grüner Veltliner, Riesling, Chardonnay, and Pinot Blanc across three classifications. Steinfeder wines contain no more than 11.5% alcohol, Federspiel between 11.5% and 12.5%, Smaragd at least 12.5% and above. The portfolio includes Grüner Veltliner Steinfeder, Grüner Veltliner Federspiel Ried Kirchweg, Riesling Federspiel Ried Kollmütz, Grüner Veltliner Smaragd Ried Harzenleiten, Pinot Blanc Smaragd, and Chardonnay Smaragd. Member of Vinea Wachau, the regional protection association.
