Bodega Ojo de Agua

About Bodega Ojo de Agua

Dieter Meier founded Bodega Ojo de Agua in Agrelo, where the work centers on Malbec, Petit Verdot, and Cabernet Franc. The program is certified organic and vegan. Malo, the flagship, undergoes microvinification with hand-rotated barrels and around-the-clock attention to each barrel. The portfolio also includes Gran Cuveé, Puro, Ojo de Agua, and Ojo Negro. Beyond wine, the house distills Ojo de Agua Gin with lemons from Tucumán and yerba mate, and produces Aguardiente de Orujo in two versions, one from pure Malbec and one blending Malbec with Cabernet Franc. The tasting room offers outdoor seating and food.
