Today the property produces Sangiovese, Cabernet Franc, Merlot, Canaiolo, Syrah, Cabernet Sauvignon, and Vermentino across distinct vineyard blocks. Vigna Disperato spreads over 10 hectares planted predominantly with Syrah. N'Antìa comprises 6 hectares of clay and travertine soils. VignaAlta covers 8.5 hectares with south-facing exposure. The portfolio includes Taneto, N'Antìa, VignaAlta, Chianti I Sodi del Paretaio, Chianti I Sodi del Paretaio Riserva, and Felciaio. A modern, sustainably designed cellar and new olive oil mill anchor the work.
