From the steep, biodiverse Ofental vineyard, the house produces Silvaner trocken alongside feinfruchtig expressions of Rotling and Bacchus. Beyond wine, the cellar extends to Traubensaftschorle and alcohol-free Trauben-Secco. Spirits made from fruit at the edges of the Rhön Biosphere Reserve in the Franconian Saale Valley round out the portfolio. A tasting room welcomes visitors.
