The Layet vineyard holds Riesling vines from 1900 and 1910, terraced into the slope. The program centers on Riesling and Grauburgunder, including the 2021 Layet Großes Gewächs and 2022 Grauburgunder trocken – Oak. The winery has received environmental funding for sustainable steep-slope viticulture. A tasting room operates by reservation, with food available.
