Vogtsburg im Kaiserstuhl-Niederrotweil is in Baden, where the Landerer family has cultivated Burgunder for generations. Thomas Landerer and his wife Karin established the winery in 1988. Johannes Landerer planted his first vineyard with Sauvignon Blanc at seventeen. When Thomas died in 2016, Johannes assumed full responsibility for winemaking and cellar operations. He works across three vineyard sites, Kirchberg, Eichberg, and Henkenberg, producing Burgunder and Sauvignon Blanc. The tasting room offers tastings and vineyard tours, including vineyard safaris. Vacation apartments are available.
