The program spans white varietals from Müller-Thurgau and Riesling to Weißburgunder and Grauburgunder, alongside reds including Dornfelder and Spätburgunder. The house cultivates Piwi varieties Muscaris and Sauvignac as a contribution to climate protection. Vineyards are located in Saulheim and Wörrstadt. Wines range from dry to sweet. A tasting room opens Saturdays from 09.00 to 14.00, or by appointment. The family also operates a wine restaurant in Uelzen.
