Zuschmann-Schöfmann

About

Zuschmann-Schöfmann sits 20 minutes from Vienna in Martinsdorf, in the Weinviertel. Else Zuschmann and Peter Schöfmann established the estate in 2007 across 17 hectares dedicated to sparkling wine. The work is certified organic. Hand-harvested grapes move through the cellar as both still and sparkling wines, with the Massale Selection aged unfiltered for one year on full lees in 500-liter tonneaux. The house also trades in regional delicacies.
