El Hilo de Ariadna
An iconic experience since 2005 inspired by Greek mythology, guiding visitors through 15th-century Mudéjar tunnels. Includes guided tour of the historic bodega, explanation of DO Rueda, and a tasting of 4 wines paired with 4 tapas. Suitable for children. 90 minutes, €25/person (€10 for children over 3).

Journey through the past to discover the origins of local wines and their evolution to present day. Includes guided tour of underground bodega, explanation of denomination/soils/varieties/climate, and tasting of 4 premium wines paired with 4 tapas. 90 minutes, €30/person.
Cata de Barricas
Sensory experience among barrels of different elaborations including mistelas, orujos, dorados, and soleras at 20 meters depth. Includes guided tour, direct barrel tasting, and artisanal cheese tasting. Saturdays at 17:00, 90 minutes, €35/person.
