Wine Factory N1 occupies a factory built between 1894 and 1896 by architect Alexander Ozerov in Tbilisi's Vera district. It reopened as a mixed-use courtyard complex in 2017. The cellars beneath still hold historic wine and cognac stock and can be seen as part of tastings, and the site offers a collection of over 1,300 Georgian wines available for tasting.
