Winding Wood is a boutique, organic and biodynamic vineyard in Berkshire, England, specializing in traditionally made English sparkling wines from Champagne varieties. The vineyard became both organic and Demeter certified at the end of 2024, employing regenerative biodynamic methods with no synthetic chemicals. Their wines are aged for a minimum of 24 months on their lees before disgorging, followed by 6 months resting on cork.
