Wildlife Ridge Winery

About

Kristy and Kevin Long founded Wildlife Ridge on March 1, 2013, on a 98-acre farm in Smithton. It remains Pettis County's only winery. The property holds a 3.5-acre lake. The house produces 7,500 gallons annually, including My Sweet Deer, a sinfully sweet and fruity red, Bone Dry, a straw-colored dry wine with Granny Smith apple flavors, and Cricket, a semi-dry white. The winery is completely ADA compliant with no steep inclines or steps. Open year-round, Wildlife Ridge also offers offsite bartending for weddings and reunions, providing liquor license and liability insurance for all events.
