Wildcatter Winery opened in Kingman in 2012 as Cella Wines, then passed to Micah and Ginger Spencer in 2020, who rebranded it in 2025. Micah Spencer, a certified winemaker, produces Zinfandel, Sangiovese, Malbec, Cabernet Sauvignon, Cab Franc, Petit Verdot, Tannat, Grenache Blanc, Malvasia Bianca, and Moscato. The 2021 Tannat won Gold at the Sommelier's Choice Awards and San Diego International Wine Challenge. The 2022 Sangiovese won Gold in the AZ Governor's Cup. The tasting room sits along historic Route 66, with outdoor seating and a dog-friendly policy. A Harvest Hosts Property, it has earned Best of Kingman votes from 2022 through 2024.
