Widerna

About

Widerna began in 1990 in Dietmannsdorf, in Austria's Weinviertel. By 1997, the operation had shifted entirely to organic production. The work spans wine, grains (spelt, barley, oats, wheat, rye), pumpkin seed oil, and tofu. Mundwerk, the estate's self-service farm shop, operates Monday to Saturday, 8 to 19 hours, offering direct access to the full portfolio.
