Whale Shark Wines in Amity works with 100% locally sourced grapes and fruits across a small batch program that spans 13+ varieties. The portfolio ranges from dry and dessert expressions to fruit wines, anchored by the 2024 Rocks Syrah from the Rocks District AVA. Blackberry appears across multiple bottlings, from the Dry Blackberry and Blackberry Dessert Wine to Blackberrois and Blackberry Bliss. The cellar also produces Pirate Port and Strawberry Dreams. Tasting room hours are Wednesday and Thursday 3pm to 9pm, Friday and Saturday 3pm to 10pm.
