Weatherborne Wine Corp. is a family-owned winery in Anderson Valley, Mendocino County, producing hand-crafted wines from organic grapes using minimalist winemaking techniques. Founded by winemaker Cris Carter, the winery emphasizes authenticity and transparency, using whole-cluster fermentation, minimal new oak, and no additions or filtering. Located in a beautiful wooden building next to a historic wood mill, the tasting room offers visitors the opportunity to meet the winemaker and taste a flight of five wines.
