Wayawu Estate

About

Wayward Winery is located in Waubra, twenty minutes outside Ballarat, on the side of dormant volcano Quoin Hill with stunning views over the Pyrenees Ranges. The recently renovated 65-seat restaurant features chef Jayden showcasing local and on-site produce with an emphasis on fire cooking, including an Argentinian grill and wood-fired pizza oven. The winery grows four varietals and is planning eco-friendly accommodation including tiny homes and a 1920s homestead.
