About Water Canyon Winery, LLC
Shane Tooke and Kalie Tooke founded Water Canyon Winery in 2021, three years after purchasing a small vineyard. The house makes all-natural wines with no added sulfites, preservatives, or enzymes. The Hildale location hosts wine tours and tastings without reservation. The Winery Café serves seasonal dishes. A second tasting room operates in Springdale, just outside Zion National Park.
