Katzenthal sits between Colmar and Kaysersberg, a village where Michèle, Fanny, and Jean-Luc Stoecklé have built both vineyard and refuge. The program centers on Gewurztraminer, Riesling, and Crémant. Cave visits and tastings are free, the cellar itself lined with century-old barrels. Gîtes sleep two to fourteen, anchoring longer stays. Seasonal activities include breakfasts in the vineyards, wine and charcuterie aperitifs, scavenger hunts for children, and mulled wine. Open Monday through Sunday mornings and early afternoons, no reservation required.
