Vins El Cep is a union of four viticultural families (Carreras, Esteve, Masana, and Parera) with roots dating back to 1448, producing premium organic and biodynamic wines and cavas from Penedès. Pioneers in biodynamic viticulture, they produced Claror, the world's first biodynamic cava, and practice 100% pressing and vinification at their own cellar located at Can Llopart de les Alzines.
