Vinifera launched in 2023 with Jim Cecere as Founder and Kevin San Jose as Director of Wine & Spirits. The flagship Geneva location operates as a speakeasy behind an unmarked door. Food is available. The portfolio spans Burgundy, Barolo, Bordeaux, the Rhône, Rioja, Champagne, the Scottish Highlands, and Japan. Current locations in Geneva and Ithaca anchor the program, with planned expansion to Rochester, Saratoga, the Hamptons, and New York City. Wine Enthusiast named the house to its Future40 list in 2023.
