About Vines at Vail Winery
Patrick Chirichillo, raised in an Italian family of winemakers, leads the program at Vines at Vail in Wolcott. The house sources California grapes from Central Valley regions including Amador, Fresno, Lodi, and Stockton, producing handcrafted wines that have garnered numerous annual awards. Outdoor seating is available. The program extends to wine club membership and a barrel purchase option. Private events accommodate up to 35 people.

Harvest Crush Event
Annual celebration of the winemaking process kick-off where guests can participate in grape crushing and stomping, with costume contest and wine tasting.
Barrel Purchase Program
Hands-on experience where customers can purchase their own barrel or portion of a barrel and be involved in the winemaking process from crush to squeeze.
Private Events
Custom events hosted in the cellar, on the patio, or under tent, accommodating up to 35 people with barrel tastings and wine experiences.
