This tiny Hungarian winery splits its wines across two regions, crafting lighter, fruity whites in Etyek-Buda and more serious, complex reds in Mátra, with a particular focus on showcasing how different terroirs shape their Kékfrankos. Owners Mariann and Viktor run the operation from their cellar in Vál, where they ferment and mature their small production in tank and barrel.
