About Versailles wines

Versailles is a family-owned winery situated in the Wellington valley, first granted to French Huguenots in 1699 and acquired by the Malan family in 1846. Eight generations later, the Malan descendants continue the legendary winemaking tradition, producing wines from the heritage Malan de Versailles collection to the everyday Versailles range. The family business also operates Versailles Bottling and a Liquor Store established in 1961.
