Melody's wine bar in Celina sources from family-owned producers across California and Croatia, pouring selections from Wooden Valley in Suisun Valley and Pondera, founded in 2005. The program pairs wine flights with handcrafted flatbreads, small plates, and shareable charcuterie boards. Live music runs Friday and Saturday, 7pm to 10pm. Three wine club tiers offer quarterly selections, from 2 bottles in the Family Wine Club to 6 in Bailey's Best, starting around $80 per quarter. Open Wednesday through Thursday 2pm to 9pm, Friday and Saturday noon to 10pm, Sunday noon to 6pm.
