Valley Mills Vineyards, founded in 2006 and operated by the Bagnasco Family, sources grapes from McLennan and Bosque Counties and the Texas High Plains. The program spans red wines including Tempranillo, Grenache, Mourvedre, and Cabernet Sauvignon aged 12-30 months in French and American oak, and whites including Albarino, Vermentino, and Muscat Canelli fermented and aged in stainless steel, released within 6-12 months of harvest. Open daily from 12-6 PM, the cellar serves charcuterie daily and fresh pasta every Saturday. Tastings run $20 per person, credited toward any 2+ bottle purchase. Wine club members receive 15% discount on all wine, complimentary tastings, and complimentary tours by appointment, with a minimum order of four bottles every January, April, and September.
