Uplifted Winery takes its name from the Black Hills geological uplift formation. Adam Martinez leads the winemaking program, drawing grapes from small, sustainably farmed vineyards across South Dakota, Nebraska, Washington, and California. The tasting room at 725 St. Joseph St. welcomes walk-ins Tuesday through Saturday, with hours from 2:00 PM on weekdays to noon on Saturday, closing at 8:00 PM or 9:00 PM depending on the day. Private reservations are available outside regular hours.
