Up the Creek Winery

About

Up the Creek Winery sits in Possum Hollow, Cumberland County, Kentucky, Cumberland County's first winery. Vineyards went in during the springs of 2003 and 2004, three years before the winery's founding in 2006. The program manages over 1,200 wine grapevines alongside 700 trellised blackberry and red raspberry bushes. First commercial bottles arrived from the 2010 harvest. The portfolio spans Golden Muscat, Concord, Diamond, Chambourcin, Seyval Blanc, Vignoles, Marquette, and Marechal Foch, plus Blueberry Wine made from fruit grown organically by Brush Creek. Open Fridays and Saturdays, 10 am to 5 pm.
