Erin Mitchell and Randy Czech founded Unturned Stone Productions in 2010. The house sources organically grown grapes from Sonoma and Mendocino Counties and practices low intervention winemaking, relying on natural ferments and minimal sulfur additions. The program centers on two expressions from Potter Valley. The Hatchling 'Vecino Vineyard' Sauvignon is produced alongside The Fairy's Sister 'Vecino Vineyard' Macerated Sauvignon, which is fermented dry on skins with no sulfur additions, unfined and unfiltered. Three wine club tiers serve different collectors. The Pebble Club ships four bottles twice yearly in May and October with a 10% discount. The Rock Club ships six bottles per shipment at 15% off. The Boulder Club delivers twelve bottles per shipment, also in May and October, with 20% discount plus access to back vintages and special offerings.
