The operation grows eight French-American hybrid grape varieties, producing Cayuga White, Chambourcin, Geneva Red, Golden Muscat, Traminette, Noiret, Cynthiana, Catawba, and Muscadine. The portfolio includes Cougar, a dry Chambourcin with limited supply, Mistress, a dry Cynthiana with oak flavor and limited availability, and Scarlet, made from red Muscadine. The Peach Desire, crafted from the winery's own peach tree, is a sweet wine at 12% alcohol, also in limited supply. The winery functions as a wedding and event venue, with a white tent for receptions.
