Twelve Talons Beerworks opened in 2019 in Orlando's Milk District, founded by Travis Smith and Daniel Diaz, who bring over 25 years of combined professional brewing experience to the program. The boutique microbrewery, cidery, and meadery focuses on IPAs, sours, and stouts alongside a rotating selection of beers, ciders, and meads crafted with fresh, seasonal ingredients. A tasting room is available.
