Torch Cellars makes hand-crafted, limited production wines from Paso Robles vineyards. The program centers on Bordeaux style red blends, Cabernet Sauvignon, Tempranillo, and small lots of Malbec, Grenache, Merlot, Syrah, and Zinfandel, alongside Chardonnay and Chenin Blanc. The portfolio includes the 2019 Syrah, 2018 Tempranillo, 2024 Chardonnay, and Vin Gris of Grenache releases. Without a tasting room, the house offers a wine club with three membership tiers: Torch Riata Ranch 4 Bottle Club, Torch Silver 6 Bottle Club, and Torch Gold 12 Bottle Club. Club members receive early access to new winemaker releases each spring and late fall with no additional membership fees.
