Top Shelf, founded in 2009 in Tulia, Texas, is a beverage manufacturing operation focused on on-site production and expert formulation. The house produces Windmill Windsong Vodka, seven times distilled from 100% corn neutral spirits at 40% ABV. Woman-owned and family-run, the spirits are distilled and bottled at their West Texas facility. The portfolio also includes Habaneros Vodka, a flavored expression made with Madagascar Bourbon Vanilla Bean and Habanero pepper.
