Top It Off Bottling began in 2005 as a mobile operation founded by Michael Glavin. The company moved to Napa in January 2014, establishing a 63,400 square foot bonded winery with two bottling lines. A merger with Napa Barrel Care in May 2017 and the acquisition of AT Mobile Bottling in February 2018 followed. Today the operation runs six mobile bottling lines alongside more than 164,000 gallons of chilled bulk storage and roughly 30,000 square feet of dry or finished goods storage.
