Dawn Forman and Toby Forman hand-farm 16 acres of Cabernet Sauvignon on Howell Mountain. Pauli Vineyard comprises four blocks planted to nine clones of Cabernet Sauvignon, yielding 400 cases annually of Estate Cabernet Sauvignon. The program extends to Sauvignon Blanc and Chardonnay from family vineyards in Sonoma and Mendocino, plus FORMATION, a Cabernet blend from the same sources. Winemaking knowledge spans over three generations. The Estate Tasting Experience, hosted in Downtown Napa, costs $200 per couple, waived with purchase of six bottles of the Howell Mountain Cabernet.
