Kian Tavakoli is the winemaker at Three Stars Wine in Napa Valley. Thirty-four vintages into his career, Tavakoli trained at UC Davis and spent twelve years at Opus One and Clos du Val before establishing his own house. The portfolio draws fruit from prestigious vineyards including ToKalon, Dr. Crane, and Stagecoach, alongside Lake County sources. The 2023 Napa Valley Red Blend pairs Merlot and Cabernet Sauvignon in equal measure. The 2023 Tucker Vineyard Cabernet Sauvignon and the 2016 Napa Valley Red Wine Blend, a four-varietal blend led by Syrah, round out the cellar.
