Three Northmen

About

Three Northmen, in Haines, works with locally hand-harvested Alaskan ingredients to make mead and cider. Boreal Mead draws on black spruce and mugwort from interior Alaska, aged in rye. Birch Mead uses locally tapped birch syrup and honey in bourbon oak. Spruce Tip Mead is crafted from Sitka Spruce tips. Mithcah Mead caramelizes honey on Madagascar vanilla beans. Vanilla Apples Cyser combines crushed apples, cider, and honey aged with Madagascar vanilla beans. Cinnamon Crisp Cider marries Honeycrisp apple cider with Vietnamese cinnamon. The tasting room is at 102 Main Street. Orders ship.
