Thiénot

About

Thiénot began in 1985 in Taissy, in the Champagne region. The house controls 30 hectares across grands crus and premiers crus, with vineyards in Aÿ, Côte des Blancs, Dizy, Cumières, Damery, Pierry, Le Mesnil-sur-Oger, and Avize. More than half the grape supply comes from the estate. Nicolas Uriel is Chef de caves since 2017, alongside Garance Thiénot and Stanislas Thiénot. The program builds on Pinot Noir and Chardonnay, expressed in Champagne Thiénot Brut, Champagne Thiénot Rosé, and Cuvée Blanc de Blanc. Two kilometers of cellars hold the aging library. The headquarters sits on Rue des Moissons in Reims, where a rooftop bar, Le N°3 by Champagne Thiénot, and a luxury boutique-hotel with rooms and suites sit alongside daily cellar tours from 10am to 7pm.
