The Winery at Wolf Creek

About

Andrew Wineberg founded The Winery at Wolf Creek in 1980 on the Melvin and Harriet Wineberg property in Norton. The vineyard began with ten acres planted at the base of the hill below the winery, then expanded with two additional acres on the hilltop to the south. Cayuga White, Seyval, Vignoles, Dechaunac, Chancellor, Leon Millot, and Vidal are produced. The tasting room pairs the wines with meats and cheeses from Grandpa's Cheesebarn, salty snacks including Bunker Hill Cheese Crisps and Miss Vickies Potato Chips, and Honadel's fine chocolates. Open daily, Sunday through Thursday from noon to nine, Friday and Saturday from noon to eleven.
