About The Cups Estate
The Cups Estate is a 30-acre property on the Mornington Peninsula, an hour south of Melbourne, featuring a vineyard, cellar door, restaurant, and olive grove. Created in 1999 by Joe & Carmen Fisicaro, the estate produces award-winning cool climate wines including Pinot Noir, Chardonnay, and Pinot Gris, crafted using sustainable viticulture and traditional Burgundian winemaking methods.
Tasting Experiences
Wine Tastings
Wine tastings available in the Cellar Door from 11am to 4pm Thursday to Monday, with knowledgeable staff engaging guests in wine education suited to their level of interest. Maximum group size of 6 guests.
Restaurant Dining
On-site restaurant open for lunch Thursday to Monday, offering Tasting Menu ($80pp) and Chef's Menu ($110pp), plus snacks and cheese for walk-ins subject to availability.
