Ray Walsh shapes the program at Territorial, an estate winery in Eugene where nearly all grapes come from their own vineyards. The cellar occupies a converted coffee warehouse, fitted with an indoor crush pad and climate-controlled storage. Around 5,000 cases move through annually. The wine room opens Wednesday through Saturday at 5pm. Friday and Saturday bring live music at 6pm, no cover, no reservations. Private events accommodate groups up to 45 in the tasting room or up to 300 guests for the entire winery. Club T anchors the membership program. Territorial belongs to the Urban Wine Circuit, a collective of six downtown wineries mostly located in the Whiteaker Neighborhood.
