About
Terramar sits on a historic property in the oxbow of Edison Slough, where beer, cider, and spirits emerge from the same place as wood-fired pizza. The brewery brews from barley grown and craft-malted in Washington. Cider apples come from Cedardale Farms. Berries, botanicals, and hops arrive from Skagit and Whatcom farms. The beer program spans PNW takes on traditional and historical styles, Belgian and Farmhouse approaches, and barrel-aged mixed fermentations. The distillery, opened in August 2020, crafts single malt whiskey, vodka, and gin from Washington barley and malt. Small-batch brandies, barrel-aged gin, and experimental one-off projects appear occasionally. Five acres of native plants, including juniper, flowering currant, and spruce, grow for future spirits and liqueurs. A Speakeasy tasting room serves classic cocktails and seasonally-inspired creations.
