About Terra Nebulo Vineyards, LLC
Twenty-five acres in Waterford, protected by conservation easement with the Waterford Foundation. All grapes are Virginia grown. The winery building is a reproduction of a 100-year-old hay barn. The cellar works with Chambourcin aged 12 months in barrel, Cabernet Franc rested 14–15 months across American, French, and Hungarian oak. The Blended Red is composed of Cabernet Franc, Petit Verdot, and Chambourcin. Chardonnay spends 10 months in neutral French oak. Riesling ferments in stainless steel with German-origin yeasts. Viognier ages in neutral French oak. The Port-Style carries 7% residual sugar and 17.5% alcohol, aged in French or American oak then finished in 4-year bourbon casks.
