Tanglefoot Wine Cellar opened in Gypsum, Kansas in 2021 under winemaker Adrian Hubele, who has been making wine for over 20 years. Operating as a Bonded Farm Winery, the cellar specializes in fruit and country wines, fermenting up to about 20 different batches at a time in small production runs. The fruit comes from the farm and is sourced elsewhere. The tasting area seats 12. An outdoor deck with umbrellas and a rentable cooking area sits outside, along with seating in the wife's flower garden. Customers who purchase wine receive a free farm cat of their choice.
