Talisman Cellars, founded in 1993, sources sustainably and organically farmed grapes from Sonoma, Napa, and Mendocino Counties to craft single vineyard Pinot Noirs. The program bottles 200 to 300 cases per vineyard. The winemaking philosophy emphasizes achieving perfection in the vineyard and preserving the essence of place. The goal is to craft Pinot Noirs with harmonious balance that will age for many years.
